Feeling good this Friday! Do you find yourself in the mix of “ I don’t have the time for wellness?” Well, we are here to debunk that! We were busy in the kitchen preparing our healthy “pumpkin whoopie pies” and decided 🤔to use the time while they were baking to take a “beauty” break😘

We used some of our 🎃 purée, added an egg 🥚 and apple 🍎 cider vinegar for an Vitamin packed face mask!!

Why is pumpkin so amazing for our body?

-pumpkins contain tons of Vitamin A, C & E
-it has fruit enzymes that naturally exfoliate dead skin cells

Take a few normal breaths. Feel your chest rise and fall? If so, you may not be maximizing the health benefits of your breath! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

If you start to breathe deeper, in a more controlled pattern, focusing on both the inhale and exhale evenly, you should begin to feel your diaphragm and belly rise and fall. This diaphragmatic breathing has been linked to improved cognitive performance and lower stress levels. 🤯🙂🙃😌

Another breathing technique that ignores the inhale and focuses on breathing out slowly — can quickly lower the heart rate ❤️ , helping to combat a panic attack or reduce acute anxiety.💪
Make a quick fix, and maybe introduce a few breathing exercises to your day, and you’ll be able to reduce stress, improve your focus, and even lower your blood pressure, among other health benefits.

Try taking the next 10 breaths evenly and full. Be aware of each inhale as though there is a balloon inside of you, and let the exhale release all the air out, returning the balloon to its airless state. Notice how you feel?

Next, try the extended exhale. Without focusing on the inhale count to 6 for each exhale.. 6..5..4..3..2..1. Breathe in.. Exhale 6..5..4..3..2..1. Try this 10 x. notice any changes physically or mentally?
